Blue Ridge Coal Company is an independent producer and marketer of high quality metallurgical and industrial coals. Our coal is used to make steel and steel products and is also sold to industrial customers.
Currently, our mining operations are located in Wise County, Virginia, but we are always looking to grow our company. We are evaluating various opportunities to acquire coal mines and coal reserves in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
Blue Ridge Coal owns all the coal reserves that our mines produce coal on.
